The new building is a Multi-Family Dwelling. It spans approximately 138,756 square feet, featuring two levels of parking and five levels of residential units. We are proposing a total of 51 three- and four-bedroom units. These units are situated above a concrete two-level parking podium at grade level. The building includes two elevators and two stairways providing access to the five residential floors and the rooftop deck.
