The Culver Mixed-Use multifamily apartment complex is located in the heart of Culver City. The building is a four-story project, featuring 17 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom dwellings atop approximately 2,500 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. A total of two apartments are to be set aside for rent as very low-income affordable housing. This project was an RFP response as part of California’s Surplus Land Act.
