Where Community And Affordability Converge
This vibrant multifamily infill project in the heart of Culver City encompasses 17 planned dwelling units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. Complemented by 2,500 sq. ft. of ground-floor art-focused educational space, this envisioned development aims to foster healthy, desirable housing. In its commitment to inclusivity, the project dedicates two apartments as very low-income affordable housing units. Our team engaged the City to create a public-private partnership that could help transform the existing property into much-needed housing. We envision the positive impact a project like the Culver Mixed-Use can bring to Southern California to enhance the community and embrace housing affordability.
