A post that has nothing to do with Architecture.

Brainstorming about ideas for our first blog, I thought about doing something a bit different than what we usually do, and thought It would be a good idea to share what it's like to work with us as a team.

If you’ve seen our site or our newsletter (If you haven’t you really are missing out), by this point you already know we are a small but strong team. Samantha in the US, Analía in Uruguay and Martin and Cindy in Argentina.

I could talk for hours about how we make this work (And believe me, I will in the near future) But right now I just want to share some things that we all have in common.

We are all music enthusiasts that like to travel (Thanks a lot for remote work), but the biggest thing we have in common is that we all are REALLY oriented towards helping people out - Whether that means working in accessibility, or working nonstop on a single project until we are able to bring to life the best possible solution for our clients, or even things that are not even related to architecture.

This collective orientation towards a greater purpose isn't just a facet of our work – it's a driving force that propels us forward as a team. We take immense pride in our ability to extend a helping hand, transcending the boundaries of traditional architecture to make a meaningful difference.

In the chapters to come, we'll unfold more tales about our collaborative journey and the unique elements that set us apart. Until then, join us in celebrating the harmony of creativity, passion, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact, one project at a time.

Stay tuned for more insights into the world of Design With Skill!
