Samantha Hill
Founder and Managing Principal
Samantha Hill, founder of Design With Skill and Develop With Skill, leads a unique dual-approach to architecture and real estate development. As a licensed architect and Certified Access Specialist (CASp) in California, Colorado, and Hawaii, she brings over two decades of experience from renowned firms such as Gehry Partners and Gensler, delivering impactful projects across California, Hawaii, New York, and beyond. Samantha is also an active leader and volunteer, contributing to national organizations like the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serving on South Pasadena's Design Review Board.
